Risë manages the complete life cycle of home, townhouse, and condo sales and rentals. Her specialties include title research, settlement statements, mortgage documents, as well as estate planning and probate. She also has extensive knowledge of residential contracts, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, and Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act (FIRPTA) requirements. Risë is a working Notary Public in the State of Florida and speaks conversational Spanish.
Prior to this, Risë Siegrist was a Certified Paralegal-Legal Assistant and Real Estate Closer with both Quality Closings, Abstract & Title Company in Pembroke, Florida and at the Law offices of Dubbin, Berman, Bloom & Karan in Miami, Florida. She also worked at American Home Funding, Inc., in Miami, Florida as a Closing Documentation Auditor.
Risë Siegrist has won 35 awards of excellence over the past 24 years. She is a licensed broker associate, a certified legal assistant and paralegal, and has an Associate in Arts Degree from Miami-Dade Community College.
