Risë V. Siegrist is an award-winning professional real estate broker as well as a certified real estate paralegal and full-charge real estate closer. She has been with the same Brokerage since the beginning of her real estate career, and is an Associate Broker with Re/Max Direct in Wellington, Florida. Risë specializes in luxury homes and resort-type golf and country club communities for all ages in Palm Beach County.

Risë manages the complete life cycle of home, townhouse, and condo sales and rentals. Her specialties include title research, settlement statements, mortgage documents, as well as estate planning and probate. She also has extensive knowledge of residential contracts, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, and Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act (FIRPTA) requirements.
